  Neurona LLC ("Neurona," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Neurona Coach mobile application (the "App").   We collect only the information necessary to provide personalized performance coaching:                                                                                                                                          - Account information: Email address and authentication credentials, managed through Amazon Cognito (OAuth).

  - Health and fitness data: With your explicit permission, we read data from Apple Health (HealthKit), including sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and workout activity. This data is used solely to generate your personalized recommendations.

  - Profile and preferences: Information you provide during onboarding (e.g., name, caffeine habits, goals).                                                                                                                                                    

  - Usage data: Basic app interaction data used to improve reliability and performance.                                                                                                                                                                         

                                                            

  2. How We Use Your Information

  - Generate personalized insights, recommendations, and your Focus Readiness Score.

  - Authenticate you and secure your account.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

  - Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

  3. What We Do NOT Do                                                                                                       

  - We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

  - We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing partners.                                      - We do not use your data for advertising or marketing profiling.

  4. Data Security                                          

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on our servers. Authentication is handled by Amazon Cognito using industry-standard OAuth 2.0. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.                                                     

   

  5. Apple Health Data                                                                                                                  

Health data accessed via HealthKit is used exclusively to provide the features you requested inside the App. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or any other use-based data mining.   6. Data Retention and Deletion                            

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.   Neurona is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
